Carmel Murphy understands, more than anyone, the hurdles faced when getting into the world of buying property. Only through continued persistence and determination did she overcome the obstacles to get to where she is today.
Carmel is a passionate but motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong service focus and customer orientation, exemplified by the ongoing success of her business.
She has a Bachelor of Arts in Languages and a Master of Arts in Spanish so she recognises the value of well developed written and oral communication skills. That’s why she offers information in a clear, precise, simple way.
Having worked in a secondary school and as a private tutor for international students learning English, Carmel has the ability to evaluate and create a curriculum specific to the needs of each client, whether it is customised education or extensive research & analysis avenues.
Carmel has completed the Real Estate Salesperson’s Course, not to become an agent, but to better understand the requirements of both vendors and buyers.
She has expanded and maintained relationships with others in the industry including real estate agents, mortgage brokers, property managers, accountants, lawyers and more.
She has a proven problem solving ability, and if she can’t help you, she will know someone who can.
One of the many ways Carmel keeps up to date with the property market is being a member of the Auckland Property Investors Association (APIA) and organiser for her own property support network, The Property Team (TPT).
Carmel is a key advocate for protecting the interests & rights of buyers.
